Best head light set up on the XJ

Well im getting a front bumper made that will require me to loose my HID fog lights. So what im looking for is the brighist/clearist head light set up and XJ can get. I dont care if its legal or what not. I just want lights that light up and make evrything look like day at night haha.

Depending on how you want to mount them and if its possible, you can never go wrong with a a set of KC slimlites. I have them on the jk and they work extremely well. Or you can look into Lightforce lights, they have a pretty good reputation for quality stuff.

why cant the person making your bumper make some tabs up, so you could keep your lights? or just drill some holes......

Eh, i kinda want lights like wranglers have by there windshield but i have yet to find real good mounts for sale.

I have seen some decent one for an XJ over on Jeep Forum... I will see if i can find them or a link to where they were bought and post here for you. You may have to have them custom made though...

Nah, im more of a fan of fully enclosed jeeps. Unless the Wrangler brute gets relased to the public... then ill save up and buy that.

are the headlights sealed beam? or can you replace the bulb?

If sealed, why not looking to a set of replacements that use H4 bulbs, then add a 55watt HID kit in 4500-5000K. Just make sure the housings are all glass.

I plan on changing the whole head light system including the sealed beamed to open. I guess my best bet would be to get white hids
