  1. Event Section- opinions wanted

ok, I am trying to decide on what the cut off for travel distance will be for events as I am looking through other forums for events that we might be interested in attending.

    1. How far are you willing to travel to go to a 4x4 related event?
    2. What kind of 4x4/off road events are you interested in?

Please answer these 2 questions as it will help me decide if I should cross post from another forum an event here for us or not.

Thank you to all who post. The info gathered will help bring more events that you will want to attend to everyones attention.

ok, what would be the max you would be willing to travel?

Remember, events can be anything from concerts to off road parks, to festivals, to what ever.

I will search the net for events to post here that fall in the max dist and types of stuff you guys and gals like. Let me know what you would like to see show up in the events section. I will try to make it happen.

I've driven as far as Rausch but will be going to the Jeep Jamboree in Maine this year. I have also driven as far as Burlington VT for Mardi Gras.

I like mud (I know it's bad for the JK) and learning to have fun on rocks.

  9. ok, so any type of event anywhere in the world... got it, so I am still at square one LOL... in that case, I think I will try to keep it to the greater NorthEast going as far West as Ohio and as far south Virginia That should be a wide enough area to cover for events.

If you need a sub-forum for outside of the immediate area events just let me know.. The only problem is the threads won't sync with the sites calendar system unless we make a second calendar which might confuse people.
