I will have to try this... my fuel gauge is off about a 1/4 of a tank.
So I just learned something new... Im sure others have heard of the trick to check for codes on the newer model Jeeps with digital ODs. Jsut found out a way to test entire gauge cluster. My fuel gauge has been acting up. Just started being more frequent today. Used to power of GOOGLE before asking random questions to people (always do ure own research first).
If you hold down the Odometer button on the dash while turning the key on and of 2x ending at on, engine off, the gauge cluster goes through a self testing cycle and re calibrates all the gauges. Pretty cool. So I did it and my gauge is back to normal... Thanks GOOGLE!
