Project "Pocket Change" A slow build

Well after parting my 89 XJ Ive aquired a 95XJ shell with a blown motor thats been partialy parted out.

Plans for this rig are:
-Drivetrain and electronics from the 89 4.0 renix AW4 231
-Pair of 79 F350 dana 60s need to find their way under the truck
-Front 3 link
-Full Stiffiners HD offroad engineering
-37s on beadlocks
-eventually a doubler
-10pt cage
-63" chevy rear leafs
-simplify harnesses and vacuum lines








I currently am in the process of welding up the mid unibody stiffiners, I have the blow 4.0 aw4 231 out of it and will be ordering mounts and everything needed to start getting the other 4.0 in

Just realized I never gave the reason for the name! The name comes from the fact that im going to be scrounging every bit of change out of my pockets to fund this build! I'm a college kid that makes $300 a week so its gunna be rough but I'll make it happen lets just hope the plow season is good!

Join the club man. Building a Rig on a strict budget sucks... Especially after the bug has bitten hard! Just gotta be patient and do it right the first time. Theres def a few things I should have waited on and would do differently if I could go back.

this makes me want to sell my shit buy a nice DD/tow rig and buy a cheap stocker and build it up...do the 60's come stock with any type of lsd? what are your plans for locking them?
