I just wanted to say how happy I am with the service I got from John. I dropped off the Jeep yesterday to get a few things done, immediately after starting John had found a pretty serious issue. He called me immediately and let me know about it then we chose a course of action.


This is where John's capabilities, workmanship, and honesty showed up. He explained to me exactly the best and worst case scenario for the price, he stuck with what he said and there were no surprises when everything was all said and done and even completed all the original work.


All in all, I recommend anyone to come here. Knowledgeable, capable, and most of all honest.

Glad he did right by you. I actually overheard some people talking at the register at auto zone about where they could take their truck (I think it was a ZJ) to have a lift installed... I told them to look John up at Planet Automotive.

Thanks alot Justin. I really do appreciate everything OO and the members we have, have done for me and the shop. We dont have the best shop in the world or the best equipment. But we are trying to build a good honest reputation and thats only made possible by you guys. In the end all you have is your reputation. Thanks again.

Def, I'd Like the last two posts. Getting back to Justin's thread, well deserved accolades to Planet Auto and John. In a short amount of time I've seen a good cross section of their work. They do right by the customer and STAND behind their work.
