    truck stalled n had prob starting...

    so i let someone boro my jeep and the forgot to pull the ebrack off and stalled the motor,i had them check a few things over the phone and after a couple of cycles it started back up.my question is,is there some sort of idot senser that kept it from turning over right away or is there some other problem.....this is what i get for letting someone else ride my truck lol

    He probably just bogged down real good and flooded it standing on the gas to try to get it to go. Run it for a few miles, get it warm, shut it off and try to start it right back up. If it starts right up your probably fine.

    Bandit, he means the emergency brake, he's got a manual trans.

    As far as flooding it i thought that was a carb issue this can still happe. With injection?

  7. You can flood a fuel injected motor. if he confused the injection system when he revved it it may have dumped to much fuel.
