looks good! Especially since its not welded, very nice job
Well I figured id post this here for some feed back...
Total cost was about $60.00 from Lowes and about 2 hours to build.
I didn't weld this one, its all assembled using self tapping screws, but its rock solid!!
I'm working on the gutter mounts for it but for now its attached the the factory rack.
So what do you guys think??

As for the build its pretty straight foreword...
The bottom is 1" and the top section is 3/4" with 3/4" vertical supports.
No bending needed I bought the conduit in 90 bends and straight lengths.
Other than that you just have to buy the couplers and some self tapping screws, cut to the desired size and build.
The gutter mounts are more problematic... Other than that its rock solid. You can grab the top section and shake the whole truck back and forth, the rack doesn't move one bit.
Looks Real Nice . Nice job.
what did you use to mount the rack on to the cross bars?
