so i finally took your advice. i picked up book 1 and had it read front to back in about 3 hrs. id say im a quarter way through book 2. i must say the comic is wayyyy different then the show. deff in a good way. i would rather read the comic then watch the show because its that much better. way mor graphic. I LOVE IT!

Just caught up with my Walking Dead comics. issues 95 and 96. Book is taking another interesting turn.

Also went to the book store and bought some Zombie books with no pictures LOL. I loved the J L Bourne books day by Day Armageddon. Great books. So i wanted some new stuff. Got Dying to Live which is vol, 1 in a 3 book series. Rise Again and Patient Zero. 2 unrelated Zombie books. we will see how they all are.

Is there a good comic book store close to pick the books up?

I dont know of one out East off the top of my head. But i know the Graphic novels are in almost any book store. Like Barnes and Noble. The store i just went to was Best Bargain books in Patchogue. Its a regular book store and they had the hard cover novels. But the best prices will be found on Ebay or Amazon. Buy the Compendium. it has the 1st 48 issues in 1 volume.

Im up to volume six in the soft cover books so far, I think my friend has up to 9 I think. Im going to grab two more from him today.

Im on a mission while im in ME to grab so more and maybe some comics, I know a comic store and the guys that work there are great.

I am an avid comic book collector so no one may care. But Issue 100 of The Walking Dead is coming out soon. There will be 9 different covers. but the main artists version will have a landscape littered with the bodies of all the main characters that have died in the book so far. So for anyone rading the book and playing catch up, this is a spoiler LOL.
