I just threw out the boxes so I don't have the part numbers anymore but I have the ironrockoffroad ones for 6.5" of lift and they're pretty awesome for I think 180 bucks? They're actually Rough country shocks idk what part numbers or model numbers though

If this is NOT the case, send us photos!!! We have not see a 6 inch jeep lift that does not do this. Could be the first time though!

The company you purchased the kit from should be able to tell you the collapsed length and the extended length of the shocks you need. Actually, they should be able to give you part numbers.

While the Rancho 5000 and 9000 are a good shock, Bilstein and Old Man Emu are better for control. They have less compression valving and more rebound. This gives a nice controlled ride even at speed. Everything else we would recommend is pricey...

  6. Seems you have the travel kinda figured out. But like what has already been said. Bilsteins are the best from what i have heard about and Old Man Emu are a close second. I was considering both for my XJ. But in the end i cheaped out and bought another set of Rough Countries. A little stiff, but i was used to it.

Yeah i have been in and out of the shop this week with all thats goin on with my dog. But Marc needs to save his coin. If he cant find a manual shaft, hes gonna have to get a auto lengthened. No real way to cheat it. But its a gamble lately to catch me at the shop. I will however be there for the meet and great on Sun,

OKay so the site lets u pick what size lift u have but only in iches. Not half inches. So should i get a 7 inch shock for the front? and a 6 inch shock for the rear?

Its hard to say. What lift do you have? Stock control arms or adjustable, long arm or short arm. Even if we knew all that its hard to be sure. Gotta disconnect your shocks and take out the tape measure. Lift the truck up to full travel and try to compress the suspension down as far as you can.
