cherokee lift springs on grand cherokee

will cherokee coil springs fit on a grand cherokee?

  2. I would imagine they would since you can take grand cherokee springs and put them on a cherokee

you can have mine when i get my lift on some time after april

EDIT: never mind, just saw you were asking about lift springs, my freebee's would be stock... i'll scrap them for gas money, 1st sentence still stands...

i found a set of 3" rustys hd lift springs on cl for 50 but its fronts only.

  4. get them, worst that can happen is they dont work, so then you sell them for a lil more than you paid and make some money.

They will work, front xj springs will give you 1 less inch of lift then they would on an xj, so 3" springs would give you 2" lift

In the rear a set of xj springs would give you 1 more inch then on the xj front, so 3" xj springs will lift you 4"

However if you buy the 3" springs you can put them on the front and move your frotn springs to the rear it should just about level it out for 2" of lift

I don't think this would work. They would fit, but when you move the front springs to the rear on a ZJ it adds 3.5 inches of lift (in the rear) That's why on some of the cheaper 3.5 inch lift kits they only give you one pair of springs for the front and you need to move your existing front ones to the rear.
