I also would like to see the snow come down when i can drive in it BEFORE they plow the streets and not when I am sleeping, like the last big storm did.

Ya... be careful with that, notice most of the snow storm accidents are 4x4's. Just because you can accelerate and get enough traction to move in the snow it doesn't mean you can turn or stop any better than a nissan sentra or anything else out there. I spend alot of time on the road and usually when a truck passes me in a snow storm I end up passing him facing the wrong way against the guard rail a few miles down the road. Be safe out there, I really hate seeing wrecked Jeeps.

I love the snow but become tired of it after awhile. I am the one that gets to shovel and snoblow it out. I spent a couple of hours breaking up ice today. My back hurts. It snowed yesterday and today and we got a bunch of ice now. We got more snow coming Friday.

The only good thing is I like to drive in it. It is jeep weather. 4wd baby.........haha

A 5/4 with a hood is more than adequate. I had a old Mazda truck that I would throw my board in the bed but I have yet to go out with my Jeep. Depending on which board I was using I was just going to get the Thule surf rack and strap it to the top or just throw it inside with the hardtop off. I was also looking to fabricate something like this: YAKIMA Sport Cage Rack for 92-06 Jeep&#174; Wrangler YJ, TJ & Unlimited - Acme Jeep Parts (http://www.acmejeepparts.com/products/92024_2001_07.htm) so this way it's not resting directly on the roll cage.

Ended up digging out my buddys Dad on the way to my own old mans house. It's always those extra houses you dig out that builds the karma points in your life. Brought the dog with me for the trip she had a moderately good time but with such a short coat the cold gets to her after a while. I'm amazed it's 4pm already it only just feels like I woke up an hour or two ago staying so busy with all this snow + work.
