Dont be, I am delivering a lift to BenBroncoII, so I figured while I was there, I would do a M&G to make it a lil more worth my drive. you know give the XJ a chance to catch his breath before the drive home. Also, I may be picking up some "Canyon" style rims while I am there too, so it will be one hell of a trip. Rim total will be at least 4, maybe 8. Also getting a bumper on the way down and some control arms too. A very productive trip.

LIE is not, but getting to the Island can be depending on how you come (bridge, tunnel). Maybe one of the more experienced commuters can help on that one.

Depending on what time you get to the GWB, you could be waiting hours not minutes to get to the tolls and a few more hours from the GWB to the Throg Neck, it all depends

Avoid the Cross Bronx at all cost. I didnt read your route, but even if its more miles. Avoid the Cross Bronx. Used to have to take that when i drove the flatbed tow truck to NJ. Hated that road.

I was at Smith Point Saturday. I was towards the end of the beach... Did you see that clusterfuck of jeeps leaving the beach around 4ish? That was nuts. I know some of these guys do not air down. I went right around them no problem. I really wish everyone read the rules and took the appropriate precautions!
